Warranty Policy

EXHIBIT A

Bases and Sinks – Limited Warranty

A. Limited Warranty. T-Spa Manufacturing, LLC grants the following Limited Warranties to the customer (The “Buyer”) on any qualified specific bases and sinks:

1. Limited Two (2) years Parts-only warranty for the Fiberglass on the spa shell.
2. Limited One (1) year Parts-only warranty for the Gel on the spa shell.
3. Limited One (1) year Parts-only warranty for the paint on the spa shell.
4. Limited One (1) year Parts-only warranty for the Resin Sink and Fiberglass Sink.
5. Limited warranty based on shipment for the Glass Sink.
6. Limited One (1) year Parts for the Hydraulic System, and all Electrical Components.
7. Limited One (1) year Parts on the Whirlpool Pump, Clean Jets and Magnetic Jet and Six (6) months for Wet End.

This limited warranty shall be in full force and effect for any Buyer experiencing workmanship, mechanical, installation, or composition failures so long as the purchased goods are correctly installed and used in accordance with official installation and maintenance instructions.

B. Exclusions.

This limited warranty shall not cover or apply to cable and connector plugs that are unsafe and unusable nor to any purchased goods that are permanently positioned in water. This limited warranty does not cover damage to cables/connectors caused by:

• Abrasion on a route lower surface caused by insufficient fixing or running of the cables unprotected over sharp edges.
• Animals or insects.

C. Additional Warranty Conditions:

1. The Limited Warranty will not be extended even in the event of Goods repair or replacement.
2. All rights, title, and ownership in and to the Goods that have been replaced pursuant to the above warranty revert to T-Spa.
3. The warranty terms set forth above start on the date of original purchase of the Goods.
4. Additional Exclusions to the warranty are provided on the T-Spa website and are incorporated herein by reference.

D. Assertion of Warranty Claim:

1. You may assert a warranty or claim under Paragraph A above only by informing T-Spa either in writing or email to our corporate office:

2. You must include the date of purchase of the Goods and be accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice as evidence of the purchase.
3. When making a claim you must be as specific as possible regarding the product and defect associated.
4. For a warranty claim to be valid, the written claim must be provided within six weeks of the occurrence of the defect.

E. Use in accordance with this Limited Warranty:

1. The above Limited Warranty is not available if the alleged defect is a result of the Goods being used improperly, mishandled, incorrectly operated, or improperly installed. Any evidence of abuse shall release T-Spa and its affiliates from this Limited Warranty and they shall have no obligation to provide a remedy for a claimed defect.
2. T-Spa is under no obligation to provide the remedies set forth above if the manufacturer’s labels or serial numbers on the Goods have been changed, deleted, peeled off, altered, or otherwise caused to be unrecognizable.

Please Note:

• Fiberglass on the spa shell: President, New Beginning, Humvee, Vespa White/Black, Dolphin, Milan, Murano, Titan, Kyen, Gossip, Mia, Brianna, etc.
• Gel on the spa shell (Epoxy): Successor, Eternal, Trikaya Epoxy, Crystal Bird, etc.
• Paint on the spa shell: Wyatt, Phoenix Bronze/Silver, Vespa Duotone, Trikaya, Jasmine, etc.

   • Force Majeure events outside of T-Spa control, including hail, hurricanes, lightning, power surges, or floods.

Furniture Line – Limited Warranty

A. Limited Warranty. T-Spa Manufacturing, LLC grants the following Limited Warranties to the customer (The “Buyer”) on any qualified specific items:

1. Limited Six (6) months Parts-Only warranty for Reception.
2. Limited Six (6) months Parts-Only warranty for Dry Station.
3. Limited Six (6) months Parts-Only warranty for Pedicure Cart.
4. Limited Six (6) months Parts-Only warranty for Polished Rack.
5. Limited Six (6) months Parts-Only warranty for Manicure Table.
6. Limited Six (6) months Parts-Only warranty for Customer Chair.
7. Limited Six (6) months Parts-Only warranty for Technician Chair.

This limited warranty shall be in full force and effect for any Buyer experiencing workmanship, mechanical, installation, or composition failures so long as the purchased goods are correctly installed and used in accordance with official installation and maintenance instructions.

This limited warranty shall not cover or apply under these conditions:

1. Cable and connector plugs are unsafe and unusable to any purchased goods that are permanently positioned in water.
2. Damages of cables/connectors caused by:
   1. Abrasion on a route lower surface caused by insufficient fixing or running of the cables unprotected over sharp edges.
   2. Animals or insects.
3. Any colorfastness, dye lot variations, wrinkling, or wear of leather during use.
4. Any scratches or dents on furniture during the time of ownership or caused by misuse.

C. Additional Warranty Conditions:

1. The Limited Warranty will not be extended even in the event of Goods repair or replacement.
2. All rights, title, and ownership in and to the Goods that have been replaced pursuant to the above warranty revert to T-Spa.
3. The warranty terms set forth above start on the date of original purchase of the Goods.
4. Additional Exclusions to the warranty are provided on the T-Spa website and are incorporated herein by reference.

Massage Chair – Limited Warranty

A. Limited Warranty. T-Spa Manufacturing, LLC grants the following Limited Warranties to the customer (The “Buyer”) on any of the specified brand models of Massage Chair:

1. Foresee Massage Chair (Made in Taiwan)
   • Limited Three (3) year Parts-only warranty for the Mechanism Massage System and All Electrical Components for Triumph, and Two (2) year Parts-only warranty for T-Timeless & Throne Massage Chair.
   • Limited Two (2) year Parts-only warranty for the Leather Cushion on the Massage Chair.
   • Limited One (1) year Parts-only warranty for the Arm Rest on the Massage Chair.
2. iRest Massage Chair (Made in China)
   • Limited Three (3) year Parts-only warranty for the Mechanism Massage System and All Electrical Components for Grand Massage Chair.
   • Limited Two (2) year Parts-only warranty for the Mechanism Massage System and All Electrical Components for Trident Massage Chair.
   • Limited One (1) year Parts-only warranty for the Mechanism Massage System and All Electrical Components for Truluck & SC Massage Chair.
   • Limited Two (2) year Parts-only warranty for the Leather Cushion on Grand Massage Chair.
   • Limited One (1) year Parts-only warranty for the Leather Cushion on Trident, Truluck & SC Massage Chair.
   • Limited One (1) year Parts-only warranty for the Arm Rest on the Massage Chair.

This limited warranty shall be in full force and effect for any Buyer experiencing workmanship, mechanical, installation, or composition failures so long as the purchased goods are correctly installed and used in accordance with official installation and maintenance instructions.

F. CONDITIONS THAT VOID WARRANTY

1. Improper installation, misuse, or mishandling.
2. External damage or Force Majeure (e.g., power surge, flooding).
3. Removal or tampering with serial numbers or labels.
4. Incompatibility with third-party equipment.
5. Use of T-Spa massage chairs on non–T-Spa spa tubs or bases. T-Spa assumes no responsibility for performance issues or damage resulting from such configurations.
